7-DAY RETURN & REFUND POLICY (MARHABASOOQ.COM)

At Marhabasooq.com, we want you to have a great shopping experience with us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please read our simple return policy below:

1. 7-Day Time Limit

  • You can request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date you receive your order. After 7 days, no returns or refunds will be accepted.

2. When is a Return NOT Accepted?

We strictly do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

  • Damaged or Broken Items: Any product that is broken, scratched, or damaged after delivery.
  • Damaged or Missing Box: The product must be returned in its original official packaging/box. If the box is torn, damaged, or missing, the return will be rejected.
  • Used Products: Items must be completely unused, with all original tags and seals intact.
  • Minor Color Differences: Slight variations in color (due to mobile screens and lighting) do not qualify for a return.
  • Customer Selection Errors: Since we verbally confirm all orders via phone/WhatsApp before shipping, any wrong size or color chosen by the customer cannot be returned.
  • Change of Mind: We do not accept returns if you simply change your mind or do not like the size/style of the product after delivery.

3. Delivery Charges & Refund Processing

  • Delivery Charges Deduction: For all approved returns, the standard UAE delivery fee (15 to 20 AED) is non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund amount.
  • No Instant Cash: We do not offer cash-on-the-spot refunds through delivery couriers.
  • Refund Timeline: Once the returned product is received and checked at our warehouse, your refund will be transferred to your bank account within 3 to 5 business days (In Shaa ALLAH)

4. How to Return

  1. Contact our support team via WhatsApp or Email.
  2. Send us clear photos and videos of the product, the packaging box, and your invoice.

Our team will review your request and guide you within 24 to 48 hours normally.
